Position Overview:

Our Service HUB employees are the conduit to our customers. Therefore, the CSR/Inside Representative will have Best in Class Customer Service Skills and be an excellent communicator. The position duties include specifying of relight projects, project quotations, application support, basic photometric reports, order status, order expediting, sales follow up, project support and act as a conduit to all other P2 departments seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt, efficient, error free processing of lighting quotation requests from clients, Outside Sales staff and Management.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure that open communications are the norm, timely, and that the CSR shows a genuine interest in and compassion for the success of all P2 clients.
3. Follow up on quotations and opportunities submitted to increase the closing rates of open quotations. Communicate with Outside Sales staff on open quotations to help facilitate and increase close ratios. Close-out sold and lost quotations.
4. Provide relighting assistance and specification support to clients by inquiring about pre-existing lighting conditions/applications, understanding of end user needs and project goals.
5. Provide Customer Service assistance in areas of; order status, expediting, critical orders, change requests, delivery requirements and other areas.
6. Interface directly with Outside Sales Staff, Engineering Staff, Advanced Photometric Support Personnel, and Manufacturing and Shipping Personnel and along with other departments and HLI facilities as necessary.
7. Consistently promote a positive and professional image.

Qualifications include:

1. A.A. degree or Bachelors degree preferred but related experience may outweigh education.
2. Experience in lighting industry, either with a lighting manufacturer, lighting maintenance contractor, ESCO, or with an energy focused distributor desirable.
3. Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) a must. Experience using SAP desirable.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
