The platform supplies a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor lighting products to industrial, commercial and institutional applications and is the largest manufacturer of residential lighting fixtures in North America.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain standard cost

Tracking of tooling invoices

Record keeping and organization of tooling documentation

Assist fixed asset accounting with fixed asset inventories (light travel)

Review SAP reports for uncosted materials daily and make sure rolled up cost estimates are reasonable

Review purchase price variances and work with the plants/purchasing department on any issues

Assist with annual physical inventory (light travel required)

Responsible for month end closing journal entries and reports

Complete monthly reconciliations for assigned accounts

Customs compliance

Special assignments as required

Qualifications Include:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

2-4 years Cost Accounting experience

Computer literate: Excel, Word, and Access

SAP experience required
