National Brand Sales Manager
Job Location: Greenville, SC
Description:
The National Brand Sales Manager is responsible for:
-Training salespeople on products, applications, and basic sales techniques as they related to the promotion of the brand.
-Providing needed backup and expertise to the sales force, assisting customers in reaching a purchasing decision and maintaining close touch with key business issues, while remaining alert to potential problems and/or opportunities.
-Initiating contact with potential customers, researching their needs and creating tailored presentations.
-Establishing cooperative and supportive relationships with internal and external influencers.
Qualifications:
To qualify, you must possess a Bachelors degree (prefer business) with 5(+) years of experience in the lighting industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lighting-related management. 3 (+) years of sales experience in lighting industry is needed with 1(+) years supervisory experience or other leadership background. Knowledge of current and historical lighting components, technologies, materials and methods strongly preferred. General knowledge of federal and regional lighting standards, codes and product requirements are also preferred. Must be computer literate, have outstanding communication abilities be skilled in making presentations to large and small groups.
