Description
Hubbell Lighting, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of quality residential, commercial and industrial lighting fixtures. Among our portfolio of quality brands are Kim Lighting and Architectural Area Lighting. Both brands are headquartered in the greater L.A. metro area. We are currently seeking a talented Brand Finance Manager to work as part of the Management Team for these organizations.
In this role, you will work directly with the brand leadership to develop and implement strategic plans at the brand level. Will have day-to-day responsibility for the oversight of the Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting and General Accounting functions. Acts as advisor to management and ensures compliance and accuracy in plant and brand level reporting. Develops and reports upon key financial metrics and assists in the long-range planning process with the leadership team. Will work extensively with the Marketing and Engineering functions on Product Development initiatives. Will provide input needed for effective pricing and act as a business partner to the General Manager of each brand.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess a BS or BA in Accounting or Finance, with a MBA preferred. A CMA or CPA is also a plus. A minimum of 10 years of broad based financial experience needed, along with strong functional experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting and General Accounting disciplines. Experience performing a similar role within a manufacturing setting is required. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, to balance priorities effectively and to demonstrate adaptability to changing business demands. SAP or other ERP experience is strongly preferred, Hyperion experience is a plus. Must have the ability to utilize technology effectively.
