College graduate with Associates degree.
Job entry: 0-2 years experience.
Registered: Certified as MLT (ASCP), CLT (NCA) or equivalent
Non-Registered: ASCP or equivalent eligible
The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for performing and recording laboratory tests that encompass a broad range of sophistication and also assists in quality control studies, teaching of students and orientation of new personnel.
