Job Description
Responsibilities may include teaching undergraduate courses in textiles and clothing such as apparel production, patternmaking, textile science, technology application, cultural/historic, apparel design, aesthetics, and/or fashion illustration, and/or advising undergraduate students.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in textiles & clothing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
A record of successful teaching and advising.
Salary
Commensurate with qualifications
Special Conditions
Non-tenure track appointments; full or part-time, depending on need and available funding; to be filled on a term basis (1, 2, or 3-year term) with possibility of renewal. Summer session appointments may be possible depending on need. Application deadlines: 11/01/07 for Spring Semester 2008; 05/15/08 for Summer Session 2008.
