Program / Project Manager

Description:
Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) has been a provider of all elements of acquisition support services at Wright-Patterson AFB since 1987. With our recent award of the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) Consolidated Acquisition of Professional services (CAPS) contract and an expected growth during our transition from being an incumbent ASC Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prime contractor to a much broader team provider of services required for the CAPS contract, we are in need of additional Program/Project Managers. We are planning to hire two high-energy, experienced personnel with exceptional intrapersonal skills who can work with our customers and teammates to manage our anticipated transition and growth.
Job Description:
The Program/Project Manager duties are to manage current BPA and future CAPS contractor teams, consisting of ITC personnel and current and future teammates. The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for interfacing with all customers and providing timely staffing of all task orders with qualified personnel to support all task order Performance Work Statement requirements. The Manager(s) will also provide top level oversight of all task order activities and communicate and coordinate all requirements between the government task order manager and the task order contractor personnel, including ITC subcontractor personnel. These responsibilities include front-end team organization, developing methodology and general project approach concepts, presenting interim and final project reviews, and managing all aspects of task order cost, schedule, and performance requirements. The Manager(s) will also allocate and prioritize resources for and among simultaneous work efforts.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and ten years Project Management experience is required. At least five of those years must have been in a management position involving aeronautical weapons systems acquisition in an ASC (or other AFMC product center) program offices. Experience at HQ AFMC and the Air Force Research Laboratory is also desired.
