Applications Engineer
Job Location: Central Iowa
Description:
As an Application Engineer you will provide engineered system solutions to OEM and Distribution Customers. This position will work closely with Account Managers, Market Managers and Technical Support in determining customers needs and specifying appropriate product. A majority of your time will be spent reviewing technical details and testing of customer applications machines. The Application Engineer will be required to obtain knowledge of the customer electric and/or hydraulic systems and then respond with proposals pertaining to current or new products. Position will also assist with Customer Service Training and support service personnel in determining solutions to customer system problems.
The successful candidate will have a BSME or Agricultural Engineering degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in electric and/or hydraulic components applications, system design and analysis.
Compensation/Benefits:
$60 to $75K plus benefits depending on experience.
