Operations Manager
Job Location: Iowa
Description:
Operations Manager will oversee and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a renewable energy plant. Manager will oversee equipment maintenance of all mechanical operations and plan/schedule production to meet customer and intra-company demands. This position requires extended and flexible working hours to assure effective daily branch operations.
Operations Manager needs a BA/BS degree preferable in Ag related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
$70 to 85K plus bonus
