Engineer - Process PLC
Job Location: Iowa
Description:
Our client, an industry leader located in Iowa, is seeking a Process Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and interprets manufacturing process data to assist plantsite personnel in solving tooling and/or process method problems related to all aspects of assembly.
- Develops processes and initiates systems and devices as required to support safe, cost effective, and quality assembly processes.
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering required.
- Must demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and interpersonal skills to complete projects.
- Must have project experience and understand system structure, (PLC to database transactions, PLC to device, and device to sensor).
- Must have 3-5 years PLC and process or manufacturing engineering experience with knowledge of current technology and future trends in industrial controls and MES.
Compensation/Benefits:
$60 to $70K plus benefits
