Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day administration of INTRUSTs various benefit programs, including health and wellness benefits, retirement benefits, distribution of paperwork related to disability management programs, and other benefit offerings. Ensures that People Services systems are accurate for maintenance of employee and employer deductions. Provides information and basic analysis as requested to further enhance and efficiently manage INTRUSTs benefit programs. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities.
Essential Functions:
Accurately administers the INTRUST Bank benefit programs, policies and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring that employees are enrolled, billed correctly and addresses any issues that arise.
Works directly with our third party vendors regarding employee issues.
Responsible for updating and maintaining benefit setup and structure within HRIS system in order to ensure accuracy of all benefit-related deductions and contributions.
Responsible for generating reports from HRIS system to provide information for purposes of decision making to benefits team and People Services management; some analysis and summarization of data will be required.
Ensures compliance with all regulations related to all benefit plans, including distribution of legally required notices to all plan participants.
Partner with Benefits Analyst for creation of and updating written materials to enhance employee education and communication of INTRUST benefit plans, including information distributed during on-boarding processes, open and annual enrollment periods, key milestones, etc.
Facilitates the coordination of INTRUSTs retirement plans between employees and NestEgg, including distribution of paperwork for the pension and 401(k) plans.
Partners with Relationship Coordinator to ensure appropriate management of disability management programs and ensures compliance with federal and state guidelines: Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, LOA and disability plans.
Provides customer service to employees by answering questions regarding benefits and compensation.
Serves as primary back-up for front desk, as well as backup for other HR administrative functions and needs, including day-to-day data entry and HRIS reporting needs.
