Job Summary: The Banker is responsible for selling all bank products and services to customers and non-customers in a needs-based manner to fully meet all their financial needs. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities.
Essential Functions:
Identify customers and prospects financial needs and sell them all appropriate products and services.
Service customers accounts as needed and proactively communicate with customers to ensure all their financial needs are met.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality according to INTRUSTs Character Qualities.
Identify needs-based opportunities and make sales referrals to all areas of the corporation to fully meet customers financial needs.
Complete a required number or profiles each day, per banking center requirements.
Complete any other branch-specific responsibilities as determined by the Banking Center Manager or Banking Center Assistant Manager.

Requirements
Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college or higher education preferred. Previous banking and/or sales experience required. Required Skills: Demonstrated strong sales and customer service skills, effective communicator, listener and organizational skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products and know how to use the Internet.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None
Physical Demands: Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; the ability to stoop and bend; must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, as required by job duties. Long periods of time may be spent viewing personal computer.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
