Job Summary: Responsible for retaining and expanding existing company relationships for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments, and soliciting new business from prospective customers. Provide full-service banking to existing and potential high-net-worth individuals by the marketing of banking services. Offer service to customers, determining needs and providing a connection with the appropriate product areas of the bank to ensure customer needs are met. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:
  • Call on existing or prospective customers within the structure of the banks business development initiatives.
  • Act as an advocate for customers; and, work closely with other departments of the bank to provide service.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in handling larger and more complex accounts.
  • Represent INTRUST Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance the banks image and develop additional business.
  • Work with both retail and commercial product development personnel to review product needs and to help design new products.
  • Manage a portfolio of both business and personal non-credit customers.

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or 3-5 years experience in financial sales or customer relationship management required.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of bank products and services. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work independently and manage ones self and time effectively. Must be able to motivate, train and coach employees.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Valid Drivers License. Nationwide Mortgage Lending System Registered or ability to meet qualifications for registration.

Physical Demands: Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the telephone. Calling activities may involve exposure to various weather conditions.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Outside calling activity.
