Position Description
• analysis and design of Identity and Access Management and Role Based Access Control solutions,
• engineering, development, implementation and support of Identity and Access Management and Role Based Access Control solutions,
• defining, developing, maintaining, and advising on the effective use of the company information technology architecture,
• software and hardware installation, configuration, integration, and support,
• system and network management activities,
• problem management activities,
• consultation,
• project team participation, and
• new ew technology awareness, research, and system integration.
Required Qualifications
• must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience,
• must have at least two years of recent experience as a Lead Systems Engineer on Identity and Access Management and/or Role Based Access Control projects in a large enterprise environment,
• must have at least two years of recent experience with LDAP and X.500 directory services,
• must have at least two years of recent experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Access Manager, and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator,
• must have experience with JavaScript and XML programming,
• must have experience with Unix/Linux systems,
• must have an understanding of role based access control concepts,
• must have experience defining provisioning policies in an enterprise environment,
• excellent attendance and punctuality record,
• excellent communication and team skills,
• demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision,
• high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity, and
• must show enthusiasm, initiative, pride in work and a
• commitment to company and our Mission.
Preferred Qualifications
• experience with IBM DB2 UDB,
•experience with SAP,
• experience with and understanding of other security systems such as Active Directory, RACF, or Novell,
• CISSP or ISSEP certification, and
• good understanding of the ITIL and MOF frameworks along with the incident, problem, and change management processes.
Compensation:
Minimum Base Pay 3,905.00
Maximum Base Pay 8,830.00

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus 50765 -114790
Year End Bonus One month's pay (pro-rated in the first year) if associate remains employed through December 31.
