Business Systems Analyst
Job Location: Wichita, KS

Description:
This position is part of a team dedicated to driving process and systems improvements in the finance organization. The initial role will perform two functions:
Project coordinator:
• Coordinates improvement and upgrade projects to ensure company resources are prioritized and used appropriately.
• Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
Master data lead:
• Own responsibility for finance master data integrity and processes
• Responsible for compliance of master data definitions, standards and protocol
• Responsible for documenting master data model with data relationships and inter-dependencies
• Responsible for developing and implementing processes, procedures and work flows for master data system integrity.
• Responsible for the evaluation of business processes to identify problems and devise new solutions that minimize manual inputs, updates and maintenance.
• Support training to improve usage of master data tools and processes.
• Responsible for researching and analyzing industry best practices for MDM (master data management) in an effort to optimize master data.
• Responsible for management of processes to troubleshoot, research, analyze and document master data errors.
Required experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required with 1 to 2 years of financial systems experience.
• MS suite (Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience in coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred experience:
• Accounting or MIS concentration preferred
• Prior experience in SAP FI/CO strongly preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
