Contracts Manager

Description:
We are looking to add a Contracts Manager to the INVISTA Legal Intellectual Property team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing/reviewing internal requests for out-bound trademark, technology, and other licenses and agreements worldwide
- Managing internal processes for requests and fulfillment of out-bound trademark, technology and other licenses and agreements
- Coordinating and interfacing with global, diverse business units in connection with development, conclusion, and implemention of worldwide IP licenses and agreements
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating worldwide trademark, technology, and other licenses and agreements
- Managing and conducting data input and extraction relative to intellectual property license and agreement database
- General contract administration and auditing, reporting and royalty obligation tracking, and contract renewal and termination
- Developing and implementing global intellectual property contract related training programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in contract management and/or administration of intellectual property licenses.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Extensive experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest in working with business clients located in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere around the world.
