Responsibilities: - Perform various tasks related to monthly financial performance reporting for the INVISTA Performance Surfaces and Materials businesses.
- Respond to various analytical requests from business segments, business analysts and corporate finance.
- Develop and implement reporting efficiencies (including automation) and other process improvements as needed.
Interface with business analysts and other internal customers to assess effectiveness of and develop ideas for report or analytical enhancements.
- Drive business decision making by utilizing sound economic concepts and models, including; opportunity cost analysis, market pricing strategies, capital at risk, etc.
- Identify results that validate or challenge strategies and ensure appropriate metrics are in place to drive profitable decisions.
- Develop tools to facilitate communications and knowledge sharing.
- Assist analysts in developing insightful analysis of business results.
Requirements - At least 5 years of accounting, financial or business analysis experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related business degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (spreadsheet creation/ editing, pivot tables, formula creation, etc.), PowerPoint (Presentation creation/editing), and Word (creating and modifying documents and tables)
Preferred - Master`s Degree
- Experience with an ERP accounting environment
- Manufacturing / processing industry experience
- Graduate degree in Business or Finance
