Upleger & Co. continued to grow through various mergers, the latest of which was with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987. Two years later the partners of the Waco office of KPMG Peat Marwick purchased the Waco practice and created the firm of Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell, P.C. We enjoy excellent relationships with national firms and our fellow pace setters in the industry.

Job Summary:
We are seeking licensed CPA's and CPA candidates with strong technical and communication skills to perform assurance assignments in the banking industry.

Qualifications:
* CPA or CPA candidate.
* Previous public accounting experience required, or comparable industry experience.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in written reports and letters.
