JOB SUMMARY:
Performs various functions within the Whirlpool Call Center group. Duties include but not limited to typing, filing, reporting, call center specific software , and communication.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
• Minimum typing skills of 30 WPM.
• Personal computing fluency in spreadsheets, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
• Telecommunications skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Any and all other tasks assigned by management that the employee is qualified and physically able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer telephone and provide assistance as needed. Admin Call Center.
• Ability to conduct and complete projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Report functions for Operations regions:
• Allocations
• Trip Sheet data entry, both updates and finalization
• Provide timely and accurate proof of delivery information
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey’s
• Telecommunication skills that encourages customer’s to willingly complete surveys
