Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of the Department of Case Management which includes developing mechanisms to overesee the efficient use of resources, provision of high quality, least intense, least costly services for patients within The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center throughout The Johns Hopkins Medicine Health Care Continuum. 1-2 years management experience with:UR discharge planning, Care Coordination, Medical expedited appeals, ED Care Management, Medical IM; Collaborates with Social Work Services to plan care coordination
