- AA Degree in Nursing required, BS degree preferred
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
- Current Maryland licensure as Registered Nurse required
- 2 years treatment of geriatric patients preferred
Education: Associate`s degree in nursing or a closely related field required. License: Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse and annual certification in CPR. Experience: Two to three years of previous experience required. General Summary: Responsible for providing professional nursing care according to specified physician orders, and in conformance with established nursing techniques, procedures, standards and Medical Center administrative nursing policies. At least 2 yrs nursing experience working with the elderly is strongly preferred.
