- Masters Degree in Nursing required - BLS license preferred - Maryland RN license required - 3-5 Years previous experience is required Responsible for directing the provision of nursing care on an assigned patient care unit, clinic, or other out-patient setting. Supervises and monitors professional and non-professional staff, and ensures effective, safe and therapeutic nursing services in a reasearch setting. Ensures compliance with established hospital and accrediting agency regulations and guidelines the nursing care. Supervises and monitors professional staff. Research leadership expeience a MUST.
