- HS diploma or GED required
One year of previous customer service experience required. Excellent interpersonal and basic computer skills required. Basic nutrition knowledge preferred. Previous Call Canter experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Answer telephones, assist patients with menu selection over the phone, data entry, processing patient dietary information.
