? Fusionfarm, a digital media division focused on building digital marketplaces, growing local businesses through digital marketing and creative services, and optimizing digital advertising platforms.?
? Color Web Printers is our full service commercial printing unit.? ?Based within Iowa SourceMedia, the Digital News Products Group is looking an Analytics & Social Media Specialist.? This position is responsible for digital analytics, the daily execution of optimization and monetization tactics for digital news platforms, and social community development and management.? This position will collaborate with content developers, marketing services and sales, creative and web development to improve the audience experience on our various digital properties.? This person must have a proven track record of building revenue and growing an audience engagement.? This person will use live site analytics to help optimize content in real time and create and monitor online communities.

We are looking for a strong collaborator, with the ability to juggle a variety of simultaneous projects as well as skilled with long-term relationships both within the company and with the audience/community.? This person will have the ability to translate complex analytics, and digital audience strategies into clear, concise actionable communications and results.? Experience with A/B test is preferred.
