What you need for this position:
- Extensive Android applications experience (preferably some published apps)
- Five plus years designing and programming solutions in Java or C/C++
- One year of GPS programming experience
- Strong Object Oriented programming and design skills
- Strong knowledge of power management and restricted memory environment
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of GPS/GIS/Mapping is a plus
- UI skills is a plus
What you`ll be doing:
- Develop the Earthmate app and other Android apps using Java and C/C++
- Participate in both design and development
- Strong knowledge of Android subsystems including Multithreading, networking and Bluetooth
- Work with production support teams to develop and ensure Real Time availability of application and data-feeds
