Web Designer Servantage Dixie Sales in Browns Summit, NC, since 1914, a national leader of original equipment replacement parts and accessories for the outdoor power equipment industry, is seeking a WEB DESIGNER / COMMUNITY MARKETING EXPERT to create marketing and sales collateral that demonstrates the benefits, features, and value of our products / services to our target audience. We need someone on our team who can conduct message testing, competitive research and position our products and services in a way that effectively caters to our business partners. Essential Job Duties: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator & the appropriate channel managers to launch or promote products; Create content that helps articulate the value of our products/services; Manage the content & product pages of our website; Create & program sales & features on websites & through e-mail platform; Manage the customer & brand experience through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. Required Experience: 2-3 yrs marketing & creative content exp.; Experience writing both brief & in-depth content; Demonstrated design skills using PowerPoint, PhotoShop & InDesign; HTML, PHP & CSS knowledge; Ability to work well in teams & with all levels of the organization; Ability to work during non-standard business hrs Pluses: Bachelor`s Degree prefd; HTML / PHP programming; Magento exp.; Experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing preferred.
