Yoh has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst to join our client in Wilmington, DE. This is a six (6) month contract position that will probably go longer. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supporting several integration tasks for on-boarding over 200 business applications a provisioning tool.
- Responsible for delivering the application access field mapping between business applications and the tool, creation of access definition glossaries, and coordinating the development of user access right extract files from business applications.
- Develop and delivery of technical information related to business application access controls to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate standard formats via print and online mediums.
- Interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create solutions for specific access management business problems.
Job Qualifications:
- BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis).
- Served as "lead" BSA on multiple project life cycles.
- Significant experience in industry (three (3+) years).
- Five (5) plus years: Skills in object, data, and/or process modelling, business process design.
- Excellent - strategic application of experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis.
- Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members).
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals.
- Application Security Experience, Active Directory Knowledge, Strong Communications Skills, and Technical Design Experience.
- Experience with SUN Identity Management (IDM) Provisioning tool or similar is plus.
