Marketing and Development Director The BHN Marketing & Development Director as one who plans, implements and directs the efforts of the fund raising, marketing and public relations efforts of a leading behavioral health agency in Western Massachusetts. BHN, a leading provider of Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Disabilities services throughout Western Massachusetts, has a need for Marketing and Development Director. Reporting to the agency`s President and Chief Executive Officer, the selected individual would be responsible for establishing an operational Marketing and Development Department which promotes and supports the marketing of BHN; oversees grant writing for new programs and/or new funding for existing programs, establishes a public relations strategy for all appropriate BHN activities and creates an annual fund development plan for BHN or targeted programs. This successful candidate will work collaboratively with other Senior Leaders, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, in promoting BHN and developing growth in programs.
