Benefits Advisor The Risk Pool Services Department seeks an enthusiastic team player to promote and service HealthTrust pooled risk programs and the extensive services. This position is responsible for all aspects of account management for a designated territory within the State of New Hampshire. The position requires broad knowledge of Health, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, FSA benefits. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally. Experience with developing and delivering effective presentations is a core requirement of this position. Frequent in-state travel is required. This position involves extensive service elements through contact with local government officials and employees. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferably with a focus on communications, business or public administration, or a risk management related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior work experience of at least five years in a responsible position involving employee benefits or human resources is preferred.
