Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is currently seeking a .NET Developer that wants to learn Identity and Access Management Security, or has some of these skills already. Candidate is responsible for developing, evaluating and managing systems security across the enterprise. Areas of concentration include account management, password auditing, network based and Web application based vulnerability scanning, virus management and intrusion detection. Requires technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with the knowledge of security practices and procedures. Assists in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures (eg, user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security auditing procedures and use of Firewalls and encryption routines). Prepares status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures. Enforces security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles, reviews security violation reports and investigates possible security exceptions, updates, and maintains and documents security controls. Involved in the evaluation of products and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for systems security related issues. Educates users on systems security standards and procedures. Must have broad technical knowledge of network operating systems (eg, Unix, NT).
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience; 2. 3 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments; 3. Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms; 4. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience; 5. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services; 6. Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions; 7. Works independently, receives minimal guidance; 8. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff members. 9. Experience with .NET development;
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with enterprise authentication and authorization services; 2. Familiarity with identity and access management processes and procedures; 3. Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint development; 4. Experience with Nintex Workflow development;
