This is potentially a contract to hire position.

Hours:  7 - 4 pm or 8 - 5, M - F with some flexibility.

Scope of project:

Supporting capital construction projects.

Requirements:

• Reporting.
• Excel skills.
• Detail oriented.

Requirements:

• Strong excel skills - 5 - 7 years with excel experience.
• Construction accounting is highly preferred.
• Construction experience in general is preferred.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Ability to interact professionally with project managers.
• Good business etiquette.
• Able to work with different personalities.

Manages and analyzes monetary resources and affairs within an organization. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients. May also be responsible for conducting technical accounting research as needed. Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Updates and collects business unit reporting packages, helps prepare ad hoc financial reporting as necessary.
