O`Hara Corporation Journey`s End Marina Long established marina located in Rockland, Maine, has immediate openings. Counter Representative Located in our Ship`s Store. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and be able to operate established computer software. Processing orders, inventory management and resourcefulness are essential parts of the job. Work Orders and Purchase Orders are done using the Marina operating software. Successful candidate must work well under pressure. Marine industry and boating knowledge very helpful. This position is responsible for interfacing with our customers and developing new business. Corporation offers an excellent benefits package including healthcare and 401 (k). Service Scheduler/Mechanic Located in the Recreational Mechanic Department. Service Scheduling will be done using the Marina operating software. Successful candidate must be organized, have strong computer and people skills and able to operate in an environment where the customers want and expect quality work on a timely basis. Successful candidate must work well under pressure. Successful candidate must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment. Marine industry and boating experience essential. Successful candidate must understand boat operating systems for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling. Schedules must be followed and communication with the boat owners through the repair process is essential. This position is responsible for interfacing with our customers and developing new business. Work orders must be generated and entered into the operating system. Job estimates are essential along with all aspects of customer service.
