MSLEA Maine State Law Enforcement Association Business Agent The Maine State Law Enforcement Association (MSLEA) is currently accepting applications for the position of Business Agent. The successful applicant will be representing multiple state law enforcement agencies in matters of collective bargaining, grievances, investigations, legislative functions and all other matters of consequence to the Association. The Business Agent for the Association must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be experienced in public sector personnel matters and labor relations. The successful candidate will also have a combination of education, training and experience, to effectively represent MSLEA members in their respective agencies. The position offers a part-time, flexible work schedule. MSLEA`s office is located in Augusta and some statewide travel may be required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under specific time constraints. Salary for this position is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
