Emergency Room Director Directs administrative management of emergency services for a busy Emergency Room. Establishes and administers policies and procedures in cooperation with other department heads and administrative personnel. Requirements include an valid RN License, BSN, (prefer Master`s degree) and 5 years of managerial experience. Human Resources Assistant This is a very visible position in the Hospital/Medical Center reporting to the Human Resources Manager and supporting 350+ associates at multiple sites. Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll, maintaining employee files, assisting with benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recruitment for both clinical and professional positions. Requirements include a high school education and three - five years experience in HR. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Comfort with advancing HR technology systems, recent working knowledge of benefits and payroll. Registration Clerk PRN available. Data entry and customer service experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Ability to type 40wpm and flexibility with working various shifts. Coder Full Time position. Must have at least 3 years of Inpatient Acute Care coding experience. Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery needed, but willing to cross train. ICD-10 training preferred, but willing to provide training contingent on level of experience. CDI experience a plus. RHIT, RHIA or CCS required and a current member of AHIMA. CEUs and AHIMA yearly membership dues included in benefits package. Vascular Ultrasound Tech On Call position available for 2nd and 3rd shifts evenings and all shifts on weekends. Must be Vascular certified. Cook PRN available. Requires institutional food preparation and modified diet experience. Registered Nurse PRN in new Urgent Care. Evening and weekend shifts available. Nurse Practitioners Full time position for both a new satellite clinic in Winfield, MO and Troy Family Practice in Troy, MO. Must have the ability to work independently, and work as a team member. Requires certification and 3 years` experience as FNP in a hospital or clinic setting. Nurse Practitioners PRN and part-time positions to work in new Urgent Care evenings and weekends. Must have at least one year experience working as a FNP.
