High Concrete Group LLC, An Affiliate of High Industries Inc. Continuous Improvement Program Manager High Concrete Group LLC, a leader in the structural and architectural precast concrete industry, has an immediate opening for a CI Program Manager due to an internal promotion. This position is responsible to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate continuous improvement and industrial engineering activities to improve operating performance by reducing waste, delays and costs primarily in the manufacturing environment. Additional opportunities exist to lead projects across the entire value chain. This position will use the appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) to analyze current plant and equipment layout, fabrication methods and material flow to recommend and implement improvements based upon leading edge technologies and engineering principles. This position is also responsible for leading and executing multi-functional continuous improvement initiatives aimed at linking HCG`s Strategic Planning and Policy Deployment initiatives.
