Business Immigration Paralegal in Goodyear, AZ Law Offices of Brelje and Associates, Qualified candidates should have at least two (2) years of business (employment-based, H, L, TN, PERM, etc.) immigration experience. Our paralegals have significant client contact and applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment. Duties include preparation of petitions, with a specific focus on J-1 Waiver, H-1B, L 1A/B, TN, PERM, AOS and I-140. Paralegals also perform client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support including updating and managing status reports with clients.
