Michigan City Branch Manager Major Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing quality service to internal and external members. This position is responsible for directly supervising the day-to-day activities of a full-service branch office. Ensures prompt, efficient, and courteous service to members. Ensures the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations. Participate in INOVA education, including annual compliance courses. Make business calls and aid in business development. Maintain a smooth functioning department and highly motivated, well-trained staff. Attend meetings and INOVA FCU events as required and participate in community involvement. 2 - 4 Years work experience in management. Bachelors degree preferred - Business - Management/Leadership.
