LTC Clinical Nurse Manager, Sub-Acute Unit
Full Time Monday-Friday
Whittier Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Ghent, NY is looking for a Full-time LTC Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage our Sub-Acute Unit. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package, including 401K.
Primary Responsibility
Holds 24-hour authority, responsibility and accountability for clinical management of unit.
Directs all resident care, assesses residents` needs and develops plans of care.
Prerequisites:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
NYS licensure as RN.
Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in gerontology.
Requires knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding geriatric nursing.
Must be currently CPR certified.
