Infection Control/Quality Assurance Nurse
Part Time 32 hours/week
Whittier Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Ghent, NY is looking for a Part Time Infection Control/Quality Assurance Nurse to assist the Director of Nursing in assuring consistent adherence to policies and procedures at our 120 bed Nursing facility. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Assist Director of Nursing in assuring consistent adherence to policies and procedures. Infection control surveillance. Complete rounds. Review charts. Conduct audits.
PREREQUISITES:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in state of New York. Experience in LTC.
