The Association For Community Living Residential and Employment Support`s office in Greenfield, MA is seeking compassionate, dependable people to support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in their 24 hour group homes and supported employment settings. We are hiring Full time and Part time Direct Support Professionals for our group homes located in Greenfield, Gill, Buckland, and Deerfield. We also have Relief Job Coach positions located in Greenfield, MA. Our employees provide direct care services which may vary depending on the needs of the individual and assist with living skills, health maintenance, and behavioral development. They engage, assist, and monitor individuals in daily living activities and personal care. They also help foster participation in community activities and make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Qualifications: driver`s license, reliable transportation, and high school diploma or GED. Previous experience a plus but we are willing to train.
