AFP Advanced Food Products LLC Research And Development Positions To meet an increase in growth demands, AFP advanced food products llc, the leading copack manufacturer of aseptically packed cheese sauce, puddings and beverages in North America, is in search of dynamic candidates to fill R&D positions at our East Coast facility in New Holland, PA. Application Flavorist/Technologist The position will be responsible for creating natural dairy flavors for the Ingredients Sales Business Unit (SBU) as well as assist all SBU`s in selecting/determining the most appropriate flavors in application. A BA/BS in Biological or Chemical Science is preferred. 3+ Years of active flavor creation work with a sound understanding of food matrices is required. R&D Regulatory Specialist This position will coordinate and provide required documentation support for internal and external customers including items such as specifications, ingredient statements, GMO, Kosher, Halal, MSDS, Range Formulas, Nutritional Information and Country of Origin. A BS degree in Food Science/Nutrition or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in the Food Industry with experience in food regulatory affairs preferred. R&D Project Manager - Ingredients This position will develop the ingredient business unit, from bench top testing, to helping the sale of ingredients. A BS in Food Science/Engineering or related field required. MS preferred. 10+ plus years of experience in ingredient or technical sales support role in food product development and/ or food technology, preferably with functional ingredient/flavor sales support experience.
