Position Description:

We are seeking a software developer to build and maintain high-performance Java-based, Back End scoring and statistics systems.

The right candidate must be a self-learner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality and defect-free code for projects throughout the year that have fixed deadlines. Working on a small dedicated team, the candidate will collaborate with product development and various technical teams and vendors.

Qualifications

Two to four years professional software development experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to master new technologies quickly

- Full life cycle software development process

- Familiar with agile development methodologies

- Comfortable working from Linux command line

- Experience with Java J2EE 1.5+ platform

- Familiar with one or more source code control technologies (CVS/SVN/GIT)

- Familiar with XML processing

- Relational database skills

- Front End technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS)
