Position Summary Design and specify Boiler Burner products and related systems (windboxes, piping trains, safety control systems).
Manage projects involving engineering design, metal fabrication, refractory, burner products.
Control and monitor project costs for firm price contracts, fabrication and delivery schedules.
Manage multiple projects from order entry to completion.
Develop profitable relationships with both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Three to five years of project management and/or design engineering experience is required.
5+ years of engineering experience in the combustion, boiler, power or refining industries preferred but will consider candidates with appropriate background in related field which provides candidate with necessary skills to excel in meeting position objectives.
Prior knowledge and experience with: NFPA 85, ANSI B31.1 and B31.3 piping code, Computer literate in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Project), prior experience in project engineering/management.
B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
Limited travel will be required (10% or less)
