The following opportunity is available in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Applications Sales Engineer (ME / ChE) 336250
Develop process designs and equipment selection on proposals that provide the best cost competitive solution for the customer's requirements.
Work with product technology specialists on complex designs as required by department process guidelines to assure the best knowledge the design and process guarantees.
Develop and maintain cost estimates using the best resources available resulting in the lowest possible cost for flare bids.
Meet the needs of the order entry process and promptly complete the project turnover requirements to help achieve on-time performance and on budget actuals on all new projects.
Develop an understanding of environmental regulations and other factors that drive the flare market.
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years experience in applications, process or project engineering and/or technical sales. Strong communication skills- written and verbal. Highly motivated individual with good knowledge of combustion processes is required.
Previous technical experience with combustion equipment. Previous applications engineering / technical sales experience with similar products is preferred.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering is required.
