Senior Designer position in our TO / Flare Systems division. Heavy structural background with emphasis on 3D.
Experience with Autocad required.
Pro Steel experience helpful.
Requirements
• Layout and design products, following customer, engineering and manufacturing specifications
• Utilize assigned drafting personnel to assist in creating complete accurate drawing packages of assigned projects
• Provide information, assistance and guidance to other drafting personnel
• Check drawing packages to insure accuracy, completeness, and quality of drawings produced by other drafting personnel
• Issue completed drawing packages to customers and manufacturing for fabrication
• Review project status of assigned projects as required
• Assist in the maintenance of product standard and master drawings as well as files on assigned projects
• Communicate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve design and fabrication problems
• Participate in the development of new product designs and re-design of established products as required
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Associate degree or 2 year Technical School equivalent is preferred.
