POSITION SUMMARY
Assist others in the processing and servicing of Commercial Insurance accounts. Represent our agency in a manner consistent with our Core Values and make Kapnick Insurance Group the best in our business.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
 
      Client:
Process endorsements.  
Prepare Pre-renewal packets.  
Proof audits upon request.  
Policy Proofing 
Other duties as assigned by management.  
 
Agency:
 
Monitor and manage voice mail, outlook, and activities per agency guidelines.  
Attend and participate in department meetings, team meetings, peer reviews and training sessions as required.  
Offer innovation and process improvements where possible and help with agency-wide improvements and efficiencies.  
Rate and issue policies and endorsements, per Marketing Executive's instructions and applications.  
Log in policies and endorsements for the Commercial Lines department.  
Process returned mail.  
Distribution of electronic mail from companies.  
Perform your job in such a manner that other employees will consider it a pleasure and privilege to work with you.  
Perform other duties and projects as required.  
Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of the job.  
Attend and complete programs of self-development that are deemed beneficial in the growth of this position.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
 
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
 
Experience:
None
 
Computer Skills:
Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and willingness to use technology 
 
 
 
Other Requirements:
Above average math skills. 
 
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an office environment in a controlled atmosphere building.
