Job Description:
Maintains daily inventory levels and locations of all Salvage Powder within Powder Processing Dept.
Creates production orders for Powder Processing on a daily basis.
Performs material goods issues for Powder Processing production orders, and material goods issues for internal customers on a daily basis.
Creates goods receipts for Powder Processing production orders.
Coordinates with various internal personel to transfer shipments of Pelleted powder to other Kennametal Facilities, and other outgoing Powder Processing materials as instructed by Manager.
Performs material movements of Powder Processing semi-finished goods to internal plant customers; location to location, and material to material movements.
Maintains daily inventory levels and locations of all Pelleted Powder within the Powder Processing Dept.
Works with other departments to keep track of incoming powder shipments.
Daily maintenance of data in Excel, SAP, and LIMS
Will perform all duties of this position with minimal supervision.
High degree of attention to detail and extreme accuracy with all transactions; material numbers, quantities, and locations.
Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma Required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel.
