The primary focus of this role within the KBS Accounting Team will be payroll related projects, customer support and banking/cash management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll and treasury related projects
  
• Process improvements
  
• Payroll mapper administration and support
  
• Balance sheet reconciliations
  
• Perform monthly closing responsibilities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries
  
• Prepare and initiate payroll funding and wires
  
• Monitor cash balances
  

Work Experience Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Education Required:

Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
