As a part of the HR Solutions Group, the Benefits Team provides a variety of services to support our program management for Koch companies and Georgia Pacific benefits plans. We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, analytical person to manage vendor relationships, provide exceptional service, and create value as an active team member in our group. The Benefits Analyst position will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with multiple vendors and ensuring that service levels are maintained
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Serving as project lead or team member on various H&W projects throughout the year
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable laws and internal guidelines to align with the compliance and ethics vision
Work Experience Required:
- 3 - 5 years health benefit experience required
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience with and excellent skills in Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Ability to work independently and on a team
Work Experience Preferred: - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Education Required: 4 year degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related field or equivalent work experience Education Preferred:
