• Utilize functional and technical knowledge and experience to act as day to day escalation point for functional and technical resource support to field HR and peers
• Deliver accurate and timely customer support and issue resolution
• Partner with Manager and HR leadership on project work, requirements gathering and functional issue resolution
• Participate as a lead or resource role in projects and department initiatives as assigned
• Partner with other internal departments, such as HRIT, Testing, Mergers and Acquisitions Team to ensure the delivery of optimal services and products both internally and externally
• Participate in team design and implementation of continuous process improvements and services delivery to exceed customer expectations
• Participate in design and implementation of team KPI`s, metrics for transactional processing and compliance and the resulting analysis and interpretation of data
• Partner with Service Center leadership to create and implement the vision and mission of the HR and Manager Services team
• Proactively consult with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the use of HR self-service tools and facilitate root cause analysis as needed
• Work with HR Leaders to ensure the right security for sensitive data has been granted for access of self-service tools
• Adhere to workflow best practices and seek out opportunities to partner with and instruct/train HR Leaders and Admins on optimal HR business processes and procedures
• Serve as HR process subject matter experts to HR Managers and Business Managers
• Participate in customer meetings to identify other business opportunities and/or improvements and initiatives

Work Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines in a high volume work environment
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with customers and vendors
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to collaborate across organizations
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential matters, documents and data
• Strong consultative and presentation skills

Work Experience/Skills Preferred:

• 3+ years related experience
• SAP experience

Education Required:

Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
